    Surly Brewing Company - Destination Brewery

     

    The Surly Brewing Company opened their new destination brewery in December 2014, increasing production capacity to 100,000 barrels a year. The $30 million dollar complex includes a huge beer hall, an outdoor beer garden and the Brewer's Table restaurant.

    WaHu Student Apartments

     

    Located at the intersection of SE Huron Boulevard and Washington Avenue SE this 327-unit luxury student apartment complex began welcoming residents in Fall 2015.

    Metro Park East Student Apartments

     

    Completed in 2014, this 6 story student apartment complex has 194 units.  Floorplans include 1, 2 and 4 bedroom options.

    Hampton Inn

     

    Developed by Prospect Park Properties, this 5 story, 117 room Hampton Inn Hotel opened for business on September 30, 2016.  The hotel is located on University Avenue one block from the Prospect Park Metro Station.

    2700 University

     

    Indianapolis developer Flaherty and Collins Properties recently began work on a $54 million housing and retail development at 2700 University Avenue West in St. Paul.  Located at the intersection of University and Emerald Street, the property will include 248 apartments and about 3,000 square feet of retail space. The developers said 80 percent of the one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio apartments will be market-rate, and 20 percent will be classified as affordable housing.
